5. Cancellation Policy

Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to charges. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.

Users agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited behaviours include harassment of tutors or staff, sharing inappropriate content, attempting to circumvent payment systems, or using the platform for any illegal purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
